A Season of Giving Back: The Reserve Foundation’s Charitable Gift Presentation
Jan 17
On Tuesday, December 13th, The Reserve Foundation presented an exciting milestone during their annual ceremony: grants totaling $304,000 were distributed among 17 local charities. This is a record-breaking amount that demonstrates the generosity and compassion of Reserve Members, who have collectively raised over $1.7 million for local charities since 2006.
The funds were raised through the participation of Members in various events and initiatives, including the Swine & Dine Dinner and Auction event, the Charity Golf Classic, the Art Shop Sale, and Karen Kelly's Yoga event, in addition to purchasing lifestyle books and individual and corporate contributions. The Reserve Foundation is proud to support so many charities that significantly impact our community.
Becky Gilstrap, Executive Director of The Reserve Foundation, shared that "Our Members' charitable giving and the participation in our fundraising events continues to grow and flourish, showcasing our commitment to making a difference in our local community. We are incredibly grateful for the generous contributions received this year and the participation in our fundraising events. Our hearts are full.”
